This is a 50 year old patient who requested redefinition of his receding frontal hairline. He appeared to have a very stable pattern with thinning confined to the frontal region. He underwent placement of 1791 grafts to redefine his frontal and temporal hairlines. Presented are 14 month postoperative views.
