This is a 37 year old patient who wanted to reinforce his hairline and enhance density within his thinning frontal scalp. He was worried about postoperative shock loss and wanted quick posoperative camouflage. He underwent a relatively conservative procedure of 1862 grafts which were placed without shaving the recipient zone.
