This is a 49 year old female who requested hair restoration to lower her high hairline and strengthen her thin frontotemporal recessions. The patient was bothered by what she perceived as a large forehead. A dense-pack procedure which utilized 2141 grafts was performed to fill the frontal and temporal regions. A part view demonstrates the density match between the graft zone and the preexisting hair.
